Prof. Emile Schrijver is General Director of the Jewish Cultural Quarter in Amsterdam, and Professor of Jewish Book History at the University of Amsterdam. Schrijver is General Editor of the Encyclopedia of Jewish Book Culture, published online first by Brill.
